Job summary

Cardinal Health’s Global Medical Products and Distribution segment seeks a Territory Sales Representative for Nursing Care products in the South Bay region. The role drives sales of gloves, PPE, skin & wound care, women & baby, patient care and related products in U.S. acute care hospitals.

The candidate will manage territory plans, present value propositions to clinical and economic stakeholders, negotiate pricing, and coordinate with distribution and GPO partners. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record of success in sales with multilevel account management.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• A valid driver's license issued in the United States with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel within region up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Utilize selling strategies to exceed business expectations for assigned territory by creating SMART Territory Sales Plans.
• Master features and benefits of nursing care products and present to clinical and economic call points.
• Present proposals, negotiate pricing and differentiate Cardinal Health’s offerings.
• Collaborate with supply chain and strategic accounts teams to drive revenue and targets.
• Build consultative relationships with clinicians and end users; maintain top accounts; attend meetings and events; travel as required.
