Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks a Territory Sales Representative to drive Nursing Care Products within the South Bay hospital market, covering San Jose, Santa Clara, Fremont, Monterrey, Santa Cruz and Salinas. You will lead solution-based selling to clinical and economic call points, build consultative relationships, and manage the portfolio to exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Previous sales experience in B2B or Inside Sales is preferred.
• Proven track record of sales achievement with multilevel account management.
• Strong computer skills and business applications.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel within region up to 50%.
• Customer/Vendor credentialing is required.

Responsibilities

• Exceed territory sales by creating SMART Territory Sales Plans to manage and close nursing care opportunities.
• Master features and value of the portfolio and present to clinical and economic call points.
• Present proposals, negotiate pricing and differentiate Cardinal Health’s nursing care offerings.
• Collaborate with supply chain sales and strategic accounts teams to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Build consultative relationships with clinicians, supply chain partners and end users; maintain top accounts.
• In-service accounts in-person and remote via web-based tools.
• Stay informed on industry/competitive landscape including GPOs and reimbursements.
• Manage inventory and allocations to sustain sales across accounts.
• Update sales tools to address trends and manage plans.
