Cardinal Health’s Nursing Care division seeks a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in the South Bay territory (San Jose area) by delivering solution-based value for Nursing Care products in U.S. Acute Care Hospitals.

You will master product benefits, present proposals, and negotiate pricing while collaborating with supply chain and strategic accounts teams. Travel up to 50% is required, with a focus on top accounts and clinical call points.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Previous experience in a sales role, preferably B2B or inside sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in multi-level accounts.

• Develop and execute SMART Territory Sales Plans for Nursing Care products.
• Present value propositions to clinical/economic call points and close opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and differentiate Cardinal Health offerings to customers.

• Maintain active presence at top accounts and manage territory inventory and allocations.
