Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a nursing program or CNA/PCT certification.
• Past direct patient care experience within the last 3 years.
• Must complete required nursing course within 90 days.
• Safety and infection-control awareness.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with patient transfers and feeding.
• Organize workload and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Educate and train new care team members.
• Perform routine duties as delegated by nursing staff.
• Record vital signs and assist with basic clinical tasks as directed.
