Qualifications

• Enrolled in a nursing program or CNA certification in progress.
• CNA certification or equivalent required or in progress.
• Experience in direct patient care within the past 3 years is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient transfers, meal delivery and feeding as directed.
• Organize workload and maintain a clean, orderly unit environment.
• Educate and train new staff in Care Team Associate responsibilities.
• Respond to patient needs promptly and document vitals and weights.
• Perform basic tasks such as patient positioning, hygiene and simple dressing changes.
• Enter information accurately into the bed-management system.
