Job summary

SSM Health Rehabilitation Hosptial, a joint venture with Select Medical, is hiring a Nursing Supervisor - Registered Nurse (RN) in Bridgeton, MO. This is a full-time day shift, 6:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m., 3-12's, with every 3rd weekend in rotation.

You will direct assigned nursing staff, oversee care, ensure standards, and coordinate with the Chief Nursing Officer. The role uses EPIC documentation and emphasizes quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN License is required.
• BLS is required at hire.
• ACLS required within first 6 months of hire/promotion into Nursing Supervisor position.

Responsibilities

• Direct assigned nursing personnel and act as resource person and consultant.
• Provide and oversee nursing care, implement hospital and departmental philosophy and objectives.
• Maintain approved standards of patient care and collaborate for continuity of care.
• Document using EPIC and ensure timely, accurate records.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.

Compensation: $44.50 - $60.30 based on years of experience +$3 weekend diff

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 NO COMMITMENT/REPAYMENT AGREEMENT

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid State RN License is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• One or more years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity
• CRRN preferred
