Nursing Supervisor - Registered Nurse (RN)

Bridgeton, MO

Schedule

Full‑time Night 6:45p–7:15a

Compensation

$42.00–$60.00 per hour based on years of experience. Competitive shift differentials: $4 for nights and $2 for weekends.

Sign‑On Bonus

$20,000 – No commitment.

Responsibilities

• Direct assigned nursing personnel; serve as resource and consultant.
• Provide and oversee nursing care, implement hospital and departmental philosophy and objectives.
• Maintain approved standards of patient care; collaborate for continuity of care under guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer.
• Help patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on individual care plans.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid State RN License required.
• BLS required at hire.
• Certified ACLS required within first 6 months of hire or promotion to Nursing Supervisor.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• One or more years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• CRRN preferred.
