Job summary

Epitria Consulting seeks a Nurse Manager to lead the Emergency Department in a fast-paced acute care setting. You will drive clinical excellence, patient safety, and operational efficiency while supporting staff and physicians.

You will oversee staffing, budgeting, quality improvement, throughput, and regulatory compliance, mentoring nursing teams and collaborating with interdisciplinary leaders to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• MS/MSN preferred.
• Current Texas RN or Multi-State Compact RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS, AHA or ARC, ACLS and PALS within six months of hire.
• TNCC, ENPC or CEN within 18 months of hire.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressive nursing leadership experience.

This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while promoting operational excellence, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance. Preferred Qualifications (not required)

• Experience managing high-volume Emergency Departments.
• Strong background in quality improvement, staffing, budgeting, and physician collaboration.
