Staff Management & Development
Hire, onboard, mentor, and retain nursing staff
Foster an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative work environment
Patient Care & Experience
Champion exceptional patient and family experiences
Support evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives
Ensure rapid response to emergent and critical patient situations
Resource Stewardship
Ensure accurate payroll and staffing alignment
Act as a responsible steward of organizational resources
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a CCNE-accredited program
Active Maryland RN License (MBON)
5+ years of Emergency Department nursing experience
1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience
BLS (AHA) – Required
ACLS & PALS (AHA) – Required
Masters degree (MSN, MHA, MBA, MA, or MS)
National nursing certification (preferred within 1 year of hire)
