Job summary

Black Women's Mental Health Institute in St. Louis is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Nurse Manager to coordinate patient care and lead nursing staff in a fast-paced, trauma-focused department.

You will oversee staffing, develop treatment plans, monitor performance, ensure safety and policy compliance, and partner with clinical leaders to drive clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• BSN and active RN licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience; preferred 5-10 years with some leadership experience.
• Emergency Department experience and leadership skills are advantageous.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
