Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a Nurse House Supervisor for night shifts in Warden, WA at a 50-bed rural facility. The role centers on effective supervision, bed management, and patient flow in a community-oriented setting.

The incumbent will oversee admissions, coordinate with physicians and nursing staff, and act as Administrator on Duty when the CNO is unavailable. Relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus are available for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Three to five years acute care clinical nursing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review processes including InterQual and acute-care patient status regulations.

Responsibilities

• House Supervisor for a 50 bed rural healthcare facility.
• Collect and analyze data on patient admissions, transfers, and bed availability to improve patient care and maximize bed utilization.
• Ensure admission to the most appropriate level of care and bed assignment; liaise with Physicians, Nursing Leadership, Nursing Unit staff, Care Management Staff and other stakeholders.
• In the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer, act as Administrator on Duty to make administrative decisions and provide direction for all hospital departments.
• Reports to the CNO.
