The role requires a BSN, WA RN license, and 3–5 years of acute care experience; ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS preferred. Relocation up to $5K and sign-on up to $15K offered.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required
• Washington State RN license required
• 3–5 years acute care nursing experience in diverse departments
• Advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review processes (InterQual and related guidelines)
• ACLS, BLS, TNCC and PALS certifications preferred

Aufgaben

• House Supervisor for a 50-bed rural healthcare facility.
• Collect and analyze data on patient admissions, transfers and bed availability to optimize care and bed utilization.
• Ensure appropriate admission level and bed assignment; liaison with Physicians, Nursing Leadership, Care Management and unit staff.
• In the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer, act as Administrator on Duty making operational decisions.
• Reports to the Chief Nursing Officer.
