Job summary

Essenti Talent seeks a Nurse House Supervisor (RN) for night shifts in Warden, WA. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing and WA RN licensure, with 3–5 years of acute care experience and knowledge of case management and utilization review. ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
• Current Washington State RN license.
• 3–5 years of acute care clinical nursing experience.
• Experience with Case Management and Utilization Review processes, InterQual and related guidelines.
• ACLS, BLS, TNCC and PALS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as House Supervisor for a 50-bed rural facility.
• Collect and analyze data on admissions, transfers, and bed availability to improve patient care.
• Ensure appropriate admission level of care and bed assignment.
• Serve as liaison among Physicians, Nursing Leadership, Care Management, and other stakeholders.
• In the absence of the CNO, act as Administrator on Duty to oversee operations.
• Reports to the CNO.
