Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Nurse House Supervisor to manage night shifts at a rural 50-bed facility in Warden, WA. The role requires an RN license in WA, a bachelor’s degree, and 3–5 years of acute care experience.

Strong case management knowledge and InterQual familiarity are valued; ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS are preferred. You will oversee admissions, bed availability, and care levels, coordinating with physicians and nursing leadership, and act as Administrator on Duty when CNO is not

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing and WA RN license required.
• 3–5 years acute care clinical nursing experience in varied departments.
• Advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review (InterQual).
• ACLS, BLS, TNCC and PALS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• House Supervisor for a 50 bed rural facility.
• Analyze data on admissions, transfers and bed availability to improve patient care and maximize bed utilization.
• Ensure admission level of care and bed assignment; liaise with physicians, nursing leadership and care management.
• Act as Administrator on Duty in the absence of the CNO and guide operational decisions.
• Reports to the CNO.
