Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Nurse House Supervisor / RN for night shifts in Warden, Washington. The role oversees patient flow, bed management, and collaboration with physicians and nursing leadership to ensure safe, efficient care for a rural 50-bed facility.

Requires Bachelor’s in Nursing and WA RN license; 3–5 years acute care nursing; ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS preferred. Compensation includes $47–$77/hr, 36 hours, $5/hr shift differential, relocation up to $5K and sign-on up to $15K.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required and WA RN license.
• 3–5 years acute care nursing experience across departments.
• Advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review processes.

Responsibilities

• House Supervisor for a 50-bed rural healthcare facility.
• Collect and analyze data on admissions, transfers and bed availability to improve patient care and bed utilization.
• Ensure admission to appropriate level of care and bed; liaise with Physicians, Nursing Leadership and Care Management.
• In absence of the CNO, act as Administrator on Duty to make administrative decisions.
• Reports to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
