Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Nurse House Supervisor to lead night shift operations at a rural 50-bed facility in Warden, WA. You will oversee admissions, bed management, and collaboration with physicians and nursing leadership to ensure efficient patient care.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN with WA RN licensure and 3–5 years of acute care experience; ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS certifications are preferred. Relocation assistance and sign-on incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing required; Current Washington State RN license.
• Three to five years acute care clinical nursing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review processes including InterQual guidelines.
• ACLS, BLS, TNCC and PALS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• House Supervisor for a 50-bed rural healthcare facility.
• Collect and analyze data on patient admissions, transfers and bed availability to improve patient care and maximize bed utilization.
• Ensure appropriate admission level of care and bed assignment; liaise with Physicians, Nursing Leadership and Care Management staff.
• Act as Administrator on Duty in the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer to direct operations across hospital departments.
• Reports to the CNO.
