Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking a Nurse House Supervisor / RN for night shifts at a 50-bed rural facility in Warden, WA. The role focuses on admissions, bed availability, and coordination with physicians and care management to optimize patient flow.

The successful candidate will hold a WA RN license, a BSN, 3–5 years of acute care experience, and may have ACLS/BLS/TNCC/PALS certifications. Compensation includes sign-on and relocation bonuses with a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing required.
• 3–5 years acute care clinical nursing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review processes.

Responsibilities

• House Supervisor for a 50 bed rural healthcare facility.
• Collect and analyze data on patient admissions, transfers, and bed availability to improve patient care and bed utilization.
• Ensure admission to the most appropriate level of care and serve as liaison among Physicians, Nursing Leadership, and Care Management.
• Act as Administrator on Duty in the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer and provide operational direction.
• Reports to the CNO.
