Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Nurse House Supervisor / RN for night shifts in Warden, WA. The role requires a BSN and a WA RN license, with 3–5 years of acute care experience and knowledge of case management and utilization review processes.

Responsibilities include supervising a 50-bed rural facility, analyzing admissions and bed availability, and coordinating with physicians and nursing leadership. When CNO is unavailable, you’ll act as Administrator on Duty and guide hospital operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing required. Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
• Three (3) to five (5) years acute care clinical nursing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Case Management and Utilization Review processes, including InterQual and acute-care patient status regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• House Supervisor for a 50 bed rural healthcare facility.
• Collect and analyze data on patient admissions, transfers, and bed availability to improve patient care and bed utilization.
• Ensure admission to the most appropriate level of care and act as liaison for Physicians, Nursing Leadership, and Care Management staff.
• In the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer, acts as Administrator on Duty and provides direction for all hospital departments.
