Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking a Nurse House Supervisor / RN to cover night shifts in a 50-bed rural facility in Warden, WA. The role involves supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient admissions, bed management and ensuring high-quality care during the night.

Requires a Bachelor's in nursing, WA RN license, 3–5 years acute care experience, and certifications; relocation and sign-on bonuses are offered. Full-time 36 hours/week, 3-12 hour shifts, 7pm–7:30am, rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Three (3) to five (5) years acute care clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• House Supervisor for a 50 bed rural healthcare facility.
• Coordinate patient admissions, transfers and bed availability to maximize bed utilization.
• Act as liaison for Physicians, Nursing Leadership, Nursing Unit staff and Care Management.
• In absence of CNO, serve as Administrator on Duty for hospital operations.

Bachelor’s Degree in nursing
