The role emphasizes coordination with the Director of Nursing and other departments, compliance with regulations, and maintaining training records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff training and education programs, including curricula development, training sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness.
• Oversee new hire orientation and annual competency validation for CNAs, LPNs, and RNs.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
• Identify staffing needs and help ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Maintain records of staff training, competencies, licensure, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with Nursing Director and management for coordination.
• Stay current with regulatory requirements and best practices.
