Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Pipe Stress Engineer to support the Nuclear Services Group.

You will prepare documentation for pipe stress analysis and support design across nuclear and non-nuclear projects, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards. The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, at least 3 years of piping stress experience, and familiarity with AutoPIPE, ME 101, and PIPESTRESS.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in mechanical piping design and pipe stress analysis.
  • Experience with AutoPIPE, ME 101 and PIPESTRESS; strong MS Office skills.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication abilities; leadership/mentoring capability.

Responsibilities

  • Perform pipe stress analysis and pipe support design for nuclear and non-nuclear projects.
  • Prepare complete documentation of pipe stress analyses and support designs.
  • Coordinate with Civil/Structural groups on supports and loading.
  • Produce engineering documents and sign-off on analyses and drawings.
  • Provide peer reviews and collaborate across disciplines to ensure safety and compliance.
