Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Pipe Stress Engineer to join the Nuclear Services Group. You will document pipe stress analyses and support design for process and utility piping on nuclear projects, with duties spanning analysis, documentation, and cross-disciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities include providing technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering safe, compliant designs for challenging nuclear and non-nuclear facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of experience designing mechanical piping systems and performing pipe stress analyses.
• Significant ASME Section III Class 1 Fatigue design experience.
• Proficiency with pipe-stress software such as AutoPIPE (preferred) and related tools.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills; PE license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pipe stress analyses and complete documentation for process and utility piping in nuclear and non-nuclear projects.
• Prepare complete engineering documentation per codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with Civil/Structural group for supports and interface across disciplines.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and peer reviews; support procurement and project management.
