Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to cover North and Northwest Washington. This field-based role targets new business via prospecting, networking, referrals, and in-person outreach, while building strong relationships across industrial and commercial accounts.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in outside/territory sales with a proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of outside sales, territory sales, account management, or B2B business development experience.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Approximately 75% of time spent in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business throughout the assigned North and Northwest Washington territory through prospecting, networking, referrals, and in-person outreach.
• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with existing customers across manufacturing, maritime, municipal, commercial, and industrial accounts.
• Conduct customer site visits to understand operational needs, identify equipment and service opportunities, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Partner with internal technical teams to develop quotes, proposals, equipment recommendations, and service solutions.
• Manage sales opportunities from initial conversation through quote, follow-up, negotiation, and close.
• Maintain an active pipeline, plan territory activity independently, and drive growth in territory revenue and gross margin.
