Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to manage and expand a North Seattle and Northwest Washington territory. You will prospect, build relationships with industrial and commercial customers, and deliver technical solutions in a consultative sales environment.

The role emphasizes on-site visits, quotes, and a focus on long-term career growth with comprehensive training and a strong compensation package including uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong prospecting and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort discussing technical products or services.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented.
• Highly coachable with a desire to learn.
• Strong time management and territory planning skills.
• Stable employment history.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, network, and develop new business opportunities throughout your assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with manufacturing, industrial, municipal, maritime, and commercial customers.
• Conduct on-site visits to understand customer operations and identify needs.
• Recommend equipment, repair services, and technical solutions based on customer challenges.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business.
• Create and deliver quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications.
• Build relationships with plant managers, maintenance managers, engineers, operations leaders, and purchasing teams.
• Complete approximately 15-20 qualified prospecting calls per day.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in CRM and sales systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
