Job summary

STEMCO is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to meet sales goals for the territory and support sales and service activities across Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska. Responsibilities include product demonstrations, training clinics, and expanding market share through distributor networks.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry, CRM administration experience, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience in B2B or manufacturing context.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of CRM administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote STEMCO/Enpro culture and leadership principles.
• Sell STEMCO products to meet/exceed targets in the territory.
• Grow sales penetration within territory through STEMCO sales model.
• Make regular sales calls to customers in assigned territory.
• Demonstrate products and train customers at clinics to show how solutions meet needs.
• Build and support relationships with distributors, fleets, OEMs and end users.
• Provide training to distributors and end users on STEMCO products.
• Utilize STEMCO selling tools to promote sales and maintain CRM data.
