Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 6-10 years of relevant sales experience required; utility experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market data trends.
• Must be self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate customer relations and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory (WA, OR, MT, ID, WY, AK).
