Dow Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to manage small to medium customers and distribution, while engaging larger accounts and driving share growth.

You will develop sales plans, deliver technical solutions, lead negotiations, and collaborate across production, supply chain and marketing to win new opportunities and maximize value for customers and Dow. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, market insight, and building lasting relationships across multiple levels

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan. Get and analyze data to take decisions about new product development.
• Lead and conduct negotiations and develops and implement price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications, customs regulations and Dow sales processes.
• Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to deliver CX results.
