Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Pacific Northwest region, managing small to medium customers while coordinating with large accounts.

You will lead lead generation, define territories, and deliver sales analytics and technical solutions across multiple channels. Your role includes negotiating pricing strategy, coordinating with Production and Supply Chain, and expanding Dow’s presence through strategic customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• U.S. work authorization is required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share market.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape sales plan and inform product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and develop price strategies aligned with business goals, considering legal and regulatory factors.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
