Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in relevant field or equivalent.
• Five years of medical device sales experience in cardiovascular.
• Ability to travel extensively across the territory, including overnights.
• Understanding of hospital account management and strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets as outlined in SIP and Vital Few.
• Provide clinical knowledge of Abbott Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) systems to support cases.
• Manage business processes including price quotes, contracts, complaints, and expense reporting.
• Collaborate with Territory Team, Training, Reimbursement, and Customer Service teams.
• Forecast, plan, and execute territory strategies using Strategic Selling methodologies.
• Establish outstanding customer relationships and professional behavior at all times.
• Prepare territory budget and revenue forecast for annual sales plan approvals.
• Support at tradeshows and provide technical guidance to customers.
