Abbott in Northern California seeks a Territory Manager in MCS to lead sales across hospitals, manage key accounts, and grow the VAD portfolio. You will collaborate with Clinical, Training, and Reimbursement teams to deliver value and drive revenue.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and five years of medical device sales experience in cardiovascular care, plus willingness to travel across the territory and establish strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in relevant field or equivalent.
• Five years of medical device sales experience in cardiovascular field.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the territory, including overnights.
• Understanding of hospital account management and ability to establish strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets as outlined in SIP and Vital Few.
• Clinical knowledge of Abbott Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) systems to support cases.
• Manage business processes: contracts, quotes, complaints, reports, and expense reporting.
• Collaborate with Territory Team, Training, Reimbursement, and Customer Service teams.
• Grow the business with effective account assessment, forecasting, and planning.
• Establish strong customer relationships and professional conduct within territory.
• Prepare territory budget and revenue forecast for the annual sales plan.
