Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in healthcare sales, a proven quota track record, and strong knowledge of payor reimbursements. Travel up to 60–70% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct healthcare sales experience; 2+ years in cardiology structural heart/heart failure preferred.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota for 2 consecutive years.
• Strong knowledge of payor and insurance reimbursement landscape.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, HF clinics, and administrators.
• Deliver clinical, technical, and strategic presentations to drive therapy adoption.
• Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and value-based conversations.
• Plan and execute educational events on hemodynamics, GDMT, and data.
• Provide day-of-procedure support and post-operative troubleshooting.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and develop quarterly plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial Excellence teams.
• Track territory performance and pipeline activity.
