Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Engagement: build relationships with physicians, HF clinics, admins, and stakeholders.
• Account Management & Program Development: conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and growth opportunities.
• Market Development & Competitive Strategy: identify opportunities and build territory strategies.
• Technical & Procedural Support: provide on‑call technical, clinical, and engineering support.
• Compliance & Cross‑Functional Collaboration: adhere to FDA regulations and document activities.
