Job summary

Armoured One in Syracuse, NY, is seeking a Regional Sales Representative (Northeast) to grow our customer base and manage opportunities across security film, glass, and assessments. This full-time onsite role reports to the National Director of Sales and requires building relationships, executing territory plans, and achieving revenue targets.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in sales, a Bachelor’s in business or related field, strong communication skills, and experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business through direct outreach, referrals, and approved events; follow up on leads.
• Qualify customer needs, decision makers, procurement requirements, and timelines; maintain next steps.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations; explain solutions with technical information.
• Coordinate with Account Managers to obtain surveys and prepare proposals; own relationship and closing.
