Linked Security, a Brooklyn-based security systems integrator, seeks an Account Manager / Sales Representative to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and to maintain long-term client relationships across NYC. The role involves field work, site visits, and collaboration with technicians to tailor security solutions.

You will pursue new business with property managers and owners, manage existing accounts, and drive upsell opportunities while keeping a high standard of customer

Formación

• 2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience.
• Ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Comfort explaining technical products to non-technical customers.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and pursue new business with property managers, building owners, management companies, contractors, retailers, offices, and homeowners across NYC.
• Conduct site surveys with our technical team to assess security needs and options.
• Prepare clear proposals and quotes, and close deals.
• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities.
• Serve as main contact from proposal through installation handoff.
• Maintain CRM, track pipeline, forecasts and results.
• Represent Linked Security at networking events and industry gatherings.
