Job summary

Reitman Personnel is assisting a global leader in physical access control and identity management solutions to find an experienced sales professional for the Central Region. The role focuses on promoting products, building strategic client relationships, and driving new business growth.

Responsibilities include presenting to customers, guiding project opportunities, and providing training across departments.

Qualifications

• A BA/BS degree in a related field is highly desired or equivalent experience.
• At least 5+ years outside sales experience.
• Experience in IoT and Cloud Services desired.
• Strong time management, written and verbal communication, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products and services to existing and new customers or channels.
• Identify and build strategic relationships within all assigned accounts.
• Identify and participate in major project opportunities.
• Provide technical and tactical support to project completion.
• Deliver training for existing and new products across departments.
• Represent the company at local, regional, and national security trade shows.
• Track new business and volume against goals on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Prepare quarterly and annual business plans for the territory.
• Communicate with management through regular teleconferences.
• Monitor market share penetration within the territory.
• Initiate calls to determine use and needs of products.
• Ensure total customer satisfaction and resolve problems across departments.
• Report leads, opportunities, and sales activity in Salesforce CMS.
• Collaborate with NAM Regional Sales to identify improvements and growth.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to accounts as required.
