• Develop and execute a territory strategy for Northeast and Midwest.
• Engage key decision-makers early to get products specified into projects.
• Lead the full sales lifecycle from initial outreach to installation handover.
• Represent the company at industry events such as AIA and BOMA.
• Track pipelines and deals using a CRM and Google Workspace.
