Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years in implementing complex lab/IT products, with excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing and evaluating lab/IT/diagnostic systems.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the regional workflow, application, and automation expert for Roche automation systems.
• Provide consultative guidance on workflow, specimen flow, and system utilization to maximize investments.
• Perform workflow assessments and lead optimization activities post-implementation.
