The role emphasizes post-go-live ownership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and travel up to 75% in the Northeast. A strong laboratory background and consultative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical tech, IT, CS, chemistry, biology, or CL equivalent.
• 3 years’ experience implementing and evaluating complex lab IT products.
• Experience with Roche automation solutions or cobas 8100 and RDA is preferred.
• Strong lab workflow understanding and customer consultation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional workflow and automation expert for Roche systems.
• Provide guidance on workflow, middleware integration, and utilization.
• Lead workflow assessments and optimize customer operations post-implementation.
• Coordinate regional automation support activities with cross-functional teams.
• Coach field personnel and contribute to regional automation capability.
