Job summary

Roche seeks a Field Solutions Specialist to act as the regional expert for Roche automation systems, guiding labs on workflow, integration, and application use. You will own post-Go-Live workflow and provide ongoing support across the Northeast territory, coordinating with cross-functional teams and customers to optimize automation performance.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a related field and 3 years of experience with laboratory IT products and diagnostic systems, plus strong communication

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, IT, Chemistry, Biology, or clinical lab along with relevant experience.
Experience implementing and evaluating complex laboratory, IT products or diagnostic systems.
Strong communication and customer engagement skills required.

Responsibilities

Serve as regional workflow, application, and automation expert for Roche automation systems.
Provide guidance on workflow, specimen flow, middleware integration, and application utilization.
Lead workflow assessments and optimization activities after implementation and during Hypercare.
Coordinate regional automation support with cross-functional teams and customers.
Maintain knowledge of automation software; differentiate workflow vs hardware issues for routing.
