F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG is seeking a Field Solutions Specialist for the Northeast region.

The role involves serving as the regional automation expert, guiding workflow optimization, and ensuring successful post-implementation support across Roche automation systems. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and about 3 years of experience in laboratory or IT product implementation, with strong customer consultation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, Chemistry, Biology or Clinical Laboratory or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of experience implementing, and evaluating complex laboratory, IT products, medical diagnostic systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary regional workflow, application, and automation expert for Roche automation systems.
• Provide consultative guidance regarding workflow, specimen flow, operational efficiency, middleware integration, and application utilization.
• Perform workflow assessments, recommend operational improvements, and lead workflow optimization activities after implementation.
• Support standardization of workflow best practices across assigned accounts.
• Assume primary post-go-live workflow ownership following implementation and Hypercare, providing ongoing consultation and primary support for standard Cobas 8100 and non-complex RDA systems.
• Coordinate follow-up visits, workflow reviews, optimization activities, and operational health assessments.
