Job summary

Roche is seeking a Field Solutions Specialist for the Northeast to serve as the regional automation applications expert, supporting Roche automation solutions across laboratories and customers. You will guide workflow optimization and ensure seamless operation from implementation through Hypercare.

The role requires strong consulting skills, deep knowledge of laboratory workflows, and travel across the Northeast region. A company car is provided, and relocation benefits are not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or IT field and 3 years’ experience.
• Experience implementing and evaluating complex laboratory IT products.
• Experience supporting Roche automation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional automation expert for Roche systems and workflows.
• Perform workflow assessments and lead optimization activities.
• Provide post go-live support and issue resolution.
• Coordinate follow-up visits and health assessments with customers.
• Coach field teams and share best practices across accounts.
