The role involves travel in the Northeast, collaboration with ISAs, FAS, FES, and other teams, and close engagement with laboratory leadership to maximize automation value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, IT, Chemistry, Biology or related field.
• 3 years of experience implementing laboratory or IT products.
• Experience with Roche automation solutions or similar platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional workflow, application, and automation expert for Roche systems.
• Provide guidance on workflow, specimen flow, and operational efficiency.
• Lead workflow optimization and post-go-live ownership with customers.
• Coordinate regional automation support with cross-functional teams.
