Job summary

Purple Wave Auction is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to cover Northeast Colorado, focusing on construction and agriculture sectors. You will build relationships with heavy equipment owners, educate them on our online auction services, and drive growth across Jackson, Kit Carson, Larimer, and surrounding counties.

This full-time, salaried role includes a company vehicle, benefits, and a commission-based earnings structure.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of successful sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Knowledge of construction, agriculture, fleet, or government industries.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check.
• Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and customers.
• Educate clients on Purple Wave's auction services and how they can be used to sell or buy equipment.
• Enter customer information and opportunities into CRM to maintain communication across the team.
• Ensure successful execution and support of all phases of the auction process.
• Positively represent Purple Wave to heavy equipment owners, buyers, and sellers.
• Raise awareness of upcoming auctions through promotion of inventory and packages.
• Manage buyer and seller relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Represent Purple Wave at trade shows, conferences, and similar events to promote services and assets.
• Undertake additional assigned duties as requested.
