Job summary

Purple Wave Auction is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to grow our northwest Ohio presence. You will build lasting relationships with heavy equipment owners across agriculture, fleet, and construction industries, driving opportunities and deals within counties listed in the role description.

You will travel extensively, collaborate with an experienced team, and represent the company at events to promote our services.

Qualifications

• Must have strong relationship-building skills and a track record in sales.
• Experience managing and growing a defined territory.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and work non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and potential customers to increase Purple Wave's visibility and brand recognition.
• Educate and inform clients within the territory about auction services and how to leverage them to buy or sell equipment.
• Enter and manage customer data and opportunities in CRM to maintain communication across teams.
• Ensure successful execution and support of all phases of the auction process.
• Represent Purple Wave at trade shows, conferences, and events to promote services and assets.
