Job summary

Purple Wave Auction is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to expand our Southeast Colorado presence. You will work with farmers, ranchers, contractors, fleet operators, and other equipment owners, building trusted relationships and driving new business across Baca, Bent, Cheyenne, Crowley, and surrounding counties.

You’ll execute all phases of the auction process while maintaining high ethical standards and taking initiative to close deals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three years sales experience.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Knowledge of construction, agriculture, fleet, or government industries.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Valid driver's license in accordance with local laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and potential customers.
• Educate clients about Purple Wave’s equipment auction services and how they can use them.
• Gather and enter customer information and opportunities in CRM to maintain communication.
• Ensure successful execution and support of all auction process phases.
• Represent Purple Wave to heavy equipment owners, buyers, and sellers.
• Raise awareness of upcoming auctions through equipment promotion.
• Manage buyer and seller relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries.
• Represent Purple Wave at trade shows and events to promote services.
