Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Community Account Manager to drive adoption of AlloSure within the nephrology channel. You will collaborate with TAMs, clinical liaisons, and SAMs to expand our footprint and grow revenue while delivering patient-centric solutions.

You will develop strategic account plans, educate nephrologists on AlloSure testing and CareDx services, manage the sales pipeline, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet commercial targets. Travel up to 75% in the region is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science field required.
• Minimum 2 years sales or account management in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and adoption of AlloSure.
• Educate nephrologists on AlloSure testing and CareDx services with clinical context.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders.
• Forecast and manage the sales pipeline; report performance metrics.
