BD, a global medical technology leader, seeks a sales professional to drive territory growth in Wisconsin. You will expand current accounts, establish new ones, and present BD products to surgeons, OR staff, and biomedical teams.

You will provide on-site support, train physicians, and ensure up-to-date product knowledge across the organization. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of general sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years general sales experience, medical sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational and planning skills.

Responsabilités

• Attain sales goals within the designated territory and budget.
• Grow sales of current accounts and establish new accounts.
• Position self as a product specialist and educate surgeons, OR staff on product use.
• Provide on-site technical support during procedures to ensure accurate use of products.
• Train physicians and hospital staff on product use and updates.
• Ensure surgeons and staff have current product information and optimal product utilization.
• Maintain knowledge of products, channels and distribution methods and advise customers on pricing and policy changes.
• Meet territory sales and profitability goals and develop new prospects.
• Attend customer meetings and tradeshows and report on attendance and competition.
• Establish Davol products as standard for bid accounts and perform special projects as assigned.
