MaintainX, a leading mobile-first work execution platform, is seeking an Enterprise Account Director for the North East region. You will own end-to-end sales from discovery to signature across a multi-state territory, engaging COOs and operations leaders to drive uptime and asset performance.

You should have 7+ years of enterprise B2B software closing experience, strong presentation skills, and a proven ability to build pipelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise B2B software closing experience.
• Proven track record of owning full-cycle sales into large organizations.
• Ability to articulate metrics and data.
• Willingness to prospect and contribute to your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own new-logo enterprise growth across North East US territory.
• Build and manage your own pipeline through targeted prospecting and campaigns.
• Convert warm leads from discovery through close.
• Deliver discovery calls, product demos, and closing conversations.
• Forecast monthly and quarterly sales with accuracy.
• Master Salesforce, Outreach, and other tools to manage deals.
