Job summary

MaintainX is seeking an Enterprise Account Director for the North East region. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and signature—with a focus on enterprise, multi-site deployments in the Northeast US.

You’ll target senior operators and leaders (COOs, VP Operations) and leverage Salesforce, Salesloft, and DiscoverOrg to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and close high-impact deals. Equity and commissions accompany base pay.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise B2B software closing experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Willingness to prospect and contribute to your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle enterprise sales in the Northeast US, closing complex multi-site deals.
• Prospect and build pipeline with targeted outreach and campaigns.
• Lead discovery calls, product demos, and closing negotiations.
• Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales with close adherence.
• Sell to COOs, VP Operations, and engineering leaders using uptime metrics.
