Job summary

Sepro America LLC is seeking a Service Manager to lead the North American service operations, reporting to the Managing Director. You will oversee two technical supervisors and the staff responsible for service scheduling, administration, and customer training, with a focus on improving performance and customer satisfaction.

Based in Warrendale, you will coordinate across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, travel quarterly to the Mexico office, and ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in field service or service ops for automation equipment.
• At least two years of team leadership with accountability.
• Willing to travel to Mexico quarterly and work on-site in Warrendale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach technical supervisors and service staff.
• Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and technician coverage.
• Balance workloads across territories and coordinate with local teams.
• Own customer escalations and drive resolution.
• Collaborate with Parts, Sales, Engineering to resolve issues.
• Monitor metrics and drive service improvements.
• Ensure accurate service documentation and billing information.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and after-hours coverage.
